Brian moved into business after quitting university, and through organic growth and acquisitions, built Latium into an International Group of Companies with revenues in excess of $1 billion employing more than 3,500 people by 2002.
Shaun Kennedy
Latium USA CEO & Chairman of 4S Building Products
Shaun was instrumental in the forming of Latium USA via organic growth and development acquisition of the building products division Four-Seasons Building Products, along with Superior Mason and Alumaline Distribution. Under his leadership, Latium USA has made investments in the USA to further broaden the groups portfolio.
Adrian Kirk
Group Chief Financial Officer
Adrian trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and joined Latium in 1990 as Financial Controller. He’s held a variety of senior roles in the Latium Group, leading on mergers and acquisitions, raising and restructuring corporate debt and controlling financial operations of all the group’s businesses. He was heavily involved in the Entu and Epwin IPOs, and was a key member of the team that did the DD, raised finance, built and operates the Little Raith Wind Farm. He also controlled the budgets for two Hollywood films.
Andy Page
Group Legal Director
Andy qualified as a solicitor in 2000, training with Hammonds (now Squire Patton Boggs). He worked at Hammonds for seven years after qualification, specialising in corporate law. He then moved in-house, first with the Ofer Group in London before joining Latium in 2008, where he has worked since. Andy is the sole Legal Counsel to all the businesses in the group, taking responsibility for all legal matters for each of the group’s divisions and overseeing all corporate transactions.
Dave Challinor
Group Tax Director
David transferred to KPMG’s Manchester office in 2002 and specialised further within corporate tax in transactions services, particularly involving private equity houses. From 2005, David was the focal point for the provision of all of KPMG’s services to Latium. David joined Latium in March 2009 and has full responsibility for all of the group’s corporate tax affairs, including PAYE and VAT. He also specialises in personal taxation and in assessing investment opportunities.
Jordan Kennedy
Latium UK
Jordan leads all UK investment strategy across real estate, e-commerce and tech. This includes Patrick Properties, Ordo Oral care & Connex One.
Tim Halpin
Finance Director (Latium Enterprises)
Tim qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2007, joining Latium in 2010 as Financial Controller for Patrick Properties. His role then evolved into Group Financial Controller and now Financial Director, looking after the financial reporting for the whole Latium Group as well as the businesses based at head office. During his time at Latium, Tim has put frameworks in place to enable the Group to move swiftly on strategic acquisitions. He's also been involved with the finance and refinance of Little Raith Wind Farm, and due diligence on recent acquisitions such as Connex One.
Jonny Kennedy
Neubria® CEO
Jonny started his career as a professional rugby player at Sale Sharks, competing for England school boys (U16’s and U18’s) and Scotland U20’s. After retiring from the sport early in 2010, he went on to study business management at university before joining Kennedy Renewables in 2012, becoming CEO a year later. Jonny later rejoined the world of rugby on the commercial side of Sale Sharks, starting in recruitment and then moving up to Managing Director in 2014. He successfully launched Neubria® in 2018 and leads the company's strategic growth and development as Founder and CEO.
